How to prepare

Rinse, then soak in warm water for 20 to 30 minutes. Add both the mushrooms and the strained soaking liquid to soups and simmer for at least 45 minutes to draw out the aroma.

Is agaricus blazei the same as matsutake?

No. Despite the Chinese name 姬松茸, agaricus blazei is a cultivated Agaricus species with an almond aroma. Matsutake is a wild pine mushroom with a very different flavour and price.

What is the minimum order?

2 lb. You can combine it with other dried mushrooms in the same order.
