How to prepare

Rehydrate slices in warm stock, cream, or olive oil for 10 to 15 minutes so the fat carries the aroma, then finish the dish with the infused liquid and slices. Slices can also be crumbled directly into risotto or scrambled eggs at the end of cooking.
